Human Resources Management Assignment
Had our first meeting today for the HRM assignment. I am taking a part of Q2 and I got some HR library books on recruitment as I must outline strategy for attracting good quality graduates/final-year undergraduates. What is the main aim and theme of my campaign. Wondering should I use a marketing book, a hr book or both? Any comments?
